KCC’s Golf Tournament Registration Extended!!!!!!!!!
 
Please notify Sarah Hon, shon@kirkwoodchildrenschorale.org or 314-803-2007, if you would like to golf.  The golf tournament is at Crescent Farms Golf Club, in Crescent, MO 63025.  Monday June 23, 2008.  Shotgun start at 11 a.m.  $150 per person ($70 tax deductable).  18 holes of golf, Driving Range, Box Lunch, Beverages on course, Performance by Concert Choir, Dinner, and Silent Auction!!!  Come and enjoy a great day with KCC!!!

Below we have included a list of the Silent Auction items.  We are starting to take bids today!!!!!  If you see something you like, please email your name, phone number, auction item number, auction item title, and bid amount to shon@kirkwoodchildrenschorale.org or simply reply to this email.   The bids that are received via email will be taken to the Golf Tournament on Monday, so if you really want something bid aggressively!!!!  You may also come anytime before 5:30 p.m. to peruse our exciting Silent Auction Items!!

Reminder:  Please note that there is a minimum bid on all items; this minimum bid must start the bidding.  If no minimum bid is received the item will not be sold.  Bids must be in increments of $5.  All bids must be received by 3 p.m. Sunday afternoon or they will not be valid.

101.                             A Night at the Theater
An Extraordinary Theater Package for 10 to remember on Friday, September 12, 2008.  The evening will begin at 6:00 p.m. at the home of Mrs. Dory Poholsky for cocktails & appetizers.  There you will be introduced to a Stages Director and some of The Music Man cast before departing for front row seats for the Stages performance of “The Music Man”.  Following the performance, there will be   a Stages champagne reception in the lobby with additional cast members, followed with a back stage tour.  This is going to be a memorable evening at Stages and you won't want to miss it!
