Payment schedule is:

Dec. 6=$550

Jan.9=$550

Feb. 7=$550

March 6=$550

April 1= the balance of your trip cost

2.    Your roommate choice if you are not traveling with a spouse of the same last name : < } 

3.  As you get your passports, please send me: (1) your passport #  (2) your name in all upper case AS IT APPEARS ON YOUR PASSPORT   (3)  Your expiration date for your passport & Your PLACE  of birth.

 

Please remember that you really MUST renew your passport if it is expiring within 3 months of  June 6.  That would mean that any expiration date after March 6 needs to be renewed....when in doubt, renew it.

As you know, everything is up except salaries......
Due to a Tax that has been put into law in Italy, the hotel rooms are now taxed on EACH PERSON in the room, instead of the former "Room Tax".
We are & will continue to explore avenues to try to reduce the total price of the trip for our Travelers.
Things you want to know about the trip:
~We should have the Travelers' Insurance paperwork for you by the Wednesday Meeting ( 9-28-11)
~We have approval from the Travel agency to offer a Land Package Only
(this will allow you to use your Frequent Flyer Miles)

(Please remember that all rates are subject to change until AFTER the April Tour Balance is paid.)
~Baggage Allowance: Everyone will be allowed ONE check in bag (if it's overweight,that fee is the Traveler's responsibility) & one SMALL carry on bag (a backpack is recommended)
Adjusted Tour Costs: These are STILL NOT FIRM.
"Air taxes, fee & fuel surcharges are included at the CURRENT rate ($517.00 per seat).
Per airline industry policy these are subject to change by the airline until the date of ticketing. Any increases will be passed on to the travelers". (This has happened with every trip KCC has taken.)

$3,506:00=per Traveler with a minimum of 75 Travelers
$3457.00=per Traveler with a minimum of 80 Travelers
$3,433.00 per Traveler with a minimum of 85 Travelers
(Prices do not include Chaperones)
Land Package ONLY costs:
$2,143.00=per Traveler with a minimum of 70 Travelers
$2,075.00=per Traveler with a minimum of 75 Travelers
$2,026.00per Traveler with a minimum of 80 Travelers
$2,002.00=per Traveler with a minimum of 85 Travelers
(Prices do not include Chaperones)

August 19= $200=non refundable Travel Deposit......$200
October 4= $400=non refundable payment #1.........$400=$600 total paid
November1=$550=non refundable payment #2..........$550=$1150 total paid
December 6=$550=non refundable payment #3.........$550=$1700 total paid
January 3= $550=non refundable payment #4.........$550=$2250 total paid
February 7= $550=non refundable payment #5.........$550=$2800 total paid
March 6= $550=non refundable payment #6.........$550=$3350 total paid
April 1= Balance of Tour Cost non refundable payment......
(Thisis is the difference between the FINAL COST of the Tour & what you have paid & this amount will depend on the final airline taxes & the number of travelers.)

EXCEPT FOR THE APRIL PAYMENT, DUE APRIL 1.
~Any delay in payments may cause an increase to ALL Travelers;
This is why it is SO important that all payments are in to KCC on or BEFORE the date due.
~Please remember that all the money we pay to Concept Tours comes from you & goes straight to Concept Tours. KCC is unable to refund ANY payments or portions of payments.
~Travel insurance is a REALLY good idea. It is NOT included in the travelers' costs.
